Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month (PCAM)

This November, we’re on a mission to double survival rates so that many more people survive to live long and well.

Will you join us?

Pancreatic cancer has been left behind. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers.

Sadly, for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case. Currently, more than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within 3 months. This is unacceptable.

But with your help we can drive progress and transform how we detect, diagnose, treat and care for people with pancreatic cancer, saving thousands of lives every year.

Raise awareness

Pancreatic cancer deserves more attention. It is often diagnosed late, but knowing the symptoms can lead to an earlier diagnosis and save lives.

Raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of pancreatic cancer and put a spotlight on the disease by lighting up a landmark or your home purple on World Pancreatic Cancer Day on 16th November.

You can help 10,000 people learn the symptoms of pancreatic cancer by taking and sharing our symptoms quiz this Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

Raise funds

Fundraise this Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month and you could fund research breakthroughs that could save lives.

The funds you raise could support research into early detection and better treatments, and provide health professionals with the tools they need to spot patients’ symptoms earlier.

There’s so many ways for you to get involved. Take on Challenge 24 by walking, jogging or cycling 24 miles in November or doing your own 24 themed fundraiser. Or you could fundraise your way and host a quiz night with your friends, hold a bake sale at work, dye your hair purple or take on something completely unique. We’ve got lots more ideas to get you started and are here to support you every step of the way.
